Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a SAP PPQM Lead. The candidate will be responsible for leading SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) implementations, designing and configuring SAP solutions, and ensuring alignment with business requirements. Day-to-day tasks include facilitating workshops, defining process workflows, providing expertise in SAP functionalities, and leading end-to-end implementations. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, identifying areas for process improvements, and providing training to end users.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules, including configuration, implementation, and support
- Expertise in business process design, requirements gathering, and translating complex requirements into SAP solutions
- Experience with integration of SAP PPQM modules with other modules such as MM, SD, and FI/CO
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to lead workshops and train end users
- Knowledge of manufacturing and quality assurance processes specific to industries such as high-tech, manufacturing, or life sciences is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in project management and familiarity with agile methodologies is advantageous
