Job Summary
We are looking for an SAP PP/QM Consultant with knowledge of Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules. The candidate should have hands-on exposure to configuration, support, and basic implementation activities in SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP PP module:
- Master Data (BOM, Routing, Work Centers)
- Production Planning & MRP
- Production Orders & Execution
- Work on SAP QM processes:
- Quality Planning
- Inspection Processing
- Quality Notifications
- Understand and support integration with MM and SD modules
- Troubleshoot issues and provide support to business users
🔹 🔹 Required Skills
- Strong understanding of:
- SAP PP (Production Planning)
- SAP QM (Quality Management)
- Knowledge of:
- MRP, BOM, Routing
- Inspection types, Quality notifications
- Basic understanding of:
- SAP S/4HANA environment
- Integration with MM & SD
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
🔹 Preferred Qualifications
- SAP certification in PP or QM (nice to have)
- Training with real-time project exposure
- Background in:
- Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
- Manufacturing domain
🔹 Notice Period
Experience
8 to 12 years.
