We’re Hiring: SAP PP/QM Consultant
We are looking for a skilled SAP PP/QM Consultant to join our core IT team and support multiple business units including North America's region, India, Srilanka. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders to design and implement effective SAP solutions across Production Planning and Quality Management.
Role Description
- Gather and analyze business requirements in Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM)
- Configure SAP PP modules including Master Data (Material Master, BOM, Routing, Work Center), MRP, Production & Planned Orders, Capacity Planning, and Shop Floor Execution
- Configure SAP QM processes such as Inspection Planning, Quality Notifications, Results Recording, Defect Management, and Usage Decisions
- Prepare functional specifications (RICEFW) and collaborate with technical teams for delivery
- Ensure seamless integration of PP and QM with other SAP modules like MM, WM, SD, and FI
- Lead solution design, unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience as an SAP PP/QM Consultant (implementation, support, or rollout)
- SAP certification in PP and/or QM is preferred
- Exposure to Advanced Planning (IBP) or Production Planning & Scheduling (PPS)
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps for PP and QM
