Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site SAP - PP/MM role based in the New Delhi. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing SAP processes related to production planning (PP) and materials management (MM). Key responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, configuring and implementing SAP solutions, managing master data, and offering consultation for optimizing business workflows. The role demands collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process integration and process improvements. It needs to handle Production Execution and Shop floor control activity: - Production Order, Order type, Order type dependent parameters, Availability Check, Scheduling Parameter, Production Scheduling Profile, Confirmation parameter, Time ticket confirmation, Capacity Planning, Scheduling. Make to Stock (MTS) & Make to Order (MTO) planning strategies.
Experience:
- Strong expertise in Business Process optimization and Analytical Skills to identify areas for improvement and drive efficient workflows.
- Experience in SAP ECC or S/4 HANA Implementation and support.
- Should be well versed with end-to-end MRP functionality with integration points with other modules like SD, MM, CO, QM, etc.
- Experienced in Materials Management/Purchasing: Material Master Records, BOMs, Work Centers, Standard Values Activity Types, Routings, Planned and Production Orders, all MRP functionality, Batch jobs.
- Knowledge of interfaces involving Production planning and execution.
- Knowledge of SAP QM Master Data-related issues in material master, catalogs, MICs, inspection plan, Inspection Methods & sampling procedures.
- Previous experience in retail or manufacturing industries is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, with SAP certification preferred.
