About the Role
Suncity Metal & Tubes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced SAP PP (Production Planning) Consultant who can drive manufacturing excellence through SAP solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in SAP PP implementation, configuration, support, and integration with manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP PP module based on business requirements.
- Analyze manufacturing and production planning processes and recommend SAP solutions.
- Handle end-to-end SAP PP implementation, rollout, and support projects.
- Configure Production Planning, MRP, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control, Production Orders, and BOM/Routing.
- Integrate SAP PP with MM, QM, SD, PM, and other SAP modules.
- Troubleshoot production planning issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Conduct system testing, user training, and documentation.
- Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) for developments and enhancements.
- Manage production master data including BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, and Production Versions.
- Support process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
Required Skills
Mandatory
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP Configuration & Support.
- Experience in Production Planning & Manufacturing Processes.
- Excellent knowledge of:
- Production Planning
- Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
- Capacity Planning
- Shop Floor Control
- Production Orders
- BOM & Routing
- Demand Management
- Experience in SAP PP integration with MM, QM, SD & PM.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA PP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Preferred
- SAP PP Certification.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Steel, Metals, Engineering, Automotive, FMCG or Consumer Durable Industry.
- Exposure to SAP implementation or rollout projects.
