As a SAP PMO - Manager, you will lead and manage large-scale SAP implementation projects, working closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define objectives, develop plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders to deliver SAP solutions effectively. As a Manager, you will inspire and develop your team, leveraging their strengths to meet client expectations. You will be responsible for strategic planning, mentoring junior staff, and maintaining project success while upholding professional standards.

Responsibilities
- Leading SAP implementation projects by coordinating with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams
- Developing comprehensive project plans and allocating resources to meet strategic objectives
- Monitoring project progress and mitigating risks to validate successful delivery of SAP solutions
- Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and enhance performance
- Utilizing analytical thinking to identify linkages and interactions within complex systems
- Facilitating cross-functional team coordination to achieve seamless integration of business applications
- Implementing continuous process improvement strategies to optimize operational efficiency
- Managing project budgeting, execution, and completion to align with client expectations
- Engaging in stakeholder communications to maintain alignment and address potential conflicts
- Embracing technology and innovation to drive program capacity building and program planning
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
