Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for end-to-end SAP program delivery, governance, and overall engagement management.
- Manage multiple SAP projects and workstreams within a program to ensure successful delivery.
- Ensure effective scope, cost, schedule, and risk management across all project phases.
- Lead SAP implementation, rollout, and digital transformation initiatives using standard methodologies.
- Collaborate with client leadership, business stakeholders, and internal delivery teams.
- Provide strategic guidance on SAP solutions and best practices to meet business objectives.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, project timelines, and delivery commitments.
- Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and innovation in SAP delivery.
- Support pre-sales activities, proposal development, and solution presentations when required
