Key Responsibilities:
- Work on SAP PM and CS module configurations and support
- Handle end-to-end implementation, rollout, and support tasks
- Manage incident resolution, change requests, and enhancements
- Ensure smooth integration with SAP modules such as MM, SD, and FI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
- Provide functional documentation and user support
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)
- Good knowledge of SAP Customer Service (CS)
- Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementation and support projects
- Strong understanding of SAP integrations with other modules
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
