Key Responsibilities: Work on SAP PM and CS module configurations and support Handle end-to-end implementation, rollout, and support tasks Manage incident resolution, change requests, and enhancements Ensure smooth integration with SAP modules such as MM, SD, and FI Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders Provide functional documentation and user support Required Skills: Strong experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Good knowledge of SAP Customer Service (CS) Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementation and support projects Strong understanding of SAP integrations with other modules Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
