Job Role: SAP PLM Consultant Role
Job Type: Full Time
Work Mode: Hybrid (WFH Option Available)
Experience: 2+ Years of Experience in SAP PLM
Notice Period: 30 days
Responsibilities:
- Implement & Support SAP PLM solutions for large multinational clients across various industries
- Subject matter expert in product development business process
- Implement specification management, Recipe development, Hand over to Manufacturing,
Labelling solutions for process industries.
-Implement interfaces from PLM to SAP & non-SAP solutions
-Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical team for implementation.
-Project planning and implementation of solutions for customer productive environments
-Troubleshoot software and implementation issues, provide workaround and functional implementation guidance
-Analyze the business needs of our clients to define process, functional and data element requirements. ----Consult clients and provide guidance for best-in-class solution
-Develop and manage testing activities for PLM business processes
-Identify and document best practices of completed projects
-Manage project schedules, change control and change requests
-Manage a team and design and implement skill upgrade programs for the team.
Requirement :
- 4 + years in SAP PLM, EH&S and PLM cloud products
-Expert in SAP PLM, EH&S and PLM cloud products
-Knowledge of SAP IPD Cloud & BTP services is additional advantag
-Understanding of Discrete PLM solution is a plus
Qualification and skills :
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science/ Chemical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering, or master’s in management / food science / life science etc.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are a must.
-Strong interest and aptitude in technology
-Strong analytical, process-oriented skills and ability to work in a large, multi-cultural and global environment.
- Ability to work across multiple international time zones with offshore teams as needed
