Role: SAP PLM Strategic Leader
Required Technical Skill Set: SAP PLM

Must-Have**
As a senior SAP PLM Technology & Solution Leader with deep hands‑on expertise across SAP PLM, PLM Web UI, and SAP PLM RD, combined with strong CPG / Process Industry domain knowledge. The role anchors the SAP PLM Solutions and acts as a bridge between business, architecture, and delivery, supporting solutioning, PoVs, proposals, and large transformation programs.
- Own and evolve the SAP PLM technology vision for CPG and Process industries
- Lead end‑to‑end PLM solutioning for large transformation deals
- Support pre‑sales, proposals, and PoV creation with strong technical credibility
- Mentor architects and delivery teams as part of the PLM CoE
Translate NPD/NPI and product lifecycle business needs into scalable SAP PLM solutions

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role**
1. SAP PLM Technology & Architecture Leadership
- Act as the technology authority for SAP PLM across:
- DMS
- ECM / ER / CR
- PLM Web UI (PLMWUI)
- SAP PLM RD (Specification, Recipe Development, Label Sets)
- Master Data Objects (Material, BOM, Routing, PRT, Work Centers, DIRs)
- Define reference architectures, solution patterns, and best practices for SAP PLM
- Guide cloud hosting strategies for SAP PLM (performance, security, cost optimization)
2 CPG / Process Industry Domain Leadership
- Bring strong understanding of CPG product lifecycles, including:
- New Product Development (NPD)
- New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Formula & recipe management
- Regulatory, compliance, and labeling processes
- Advise clients on process harmonization and standardization using SAP PLM
- Align PLM solutions with downstream SAP processes (S/4HANA, QM, PP, EWM, MDG)
3 Solutioning, PoVs & Pre‑Sales Support
- Lead solution design and storytelling for:
- RFPs and proposals
- Client workshops and due‑diligence engagements
- Proofs of Value (PoVs) and demo landscapes
- Translate complex PLM capabilities into clear business value propositions
- Support estimation, scope definition, and roadmap creation for large PLM programs
