Job Title: SAP Payroll Consultant – SuccessFactors ECP
Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: Onsite
Contract Duration: 6 Months+ (High Possibility of extension)

Job Summary :
We are hiring SAP Payroll Consultants with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) to support global HR and payroll operations, mainly for the US and APAC regions. The role involves payroll configuration, solution design, integrations, implementation, testing, and production support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and support SAP SuccessFactors ECP configuration, enhancements, testing.
- Gather business requirements and convert them into payroll solutions
- Handle end-to-end payroll implementations and integrations with third-party systems
- Work on gross-to-net processing, wage types, schemas, PCRs, deductions, garnishments, and payments
- Troubleshoot payroll and integration issues and ensure compliance and data accuracy
- Lead payroll testing including integration, parallel, regression, and UAT
- Support year-end payroll activities, statutory reporting, and audits.
Required Skills :
- 8–10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Payroll
- Minimum 2 full implementations in SuccessFactors ECP
- Strong experience in US Payroll, including tax, benefits, and BSI Tax Factory
- Strong knowledge of wage types, schemas, PCRs, deductions, garnishments, and payroll logs
- Experience with SAP BTP and payroll integration technologies
- Experience in benefits integration like health, insurance, retirement, and savings plans
- Good understanding of employee lifecycle and payroll impact
- Ability to create technical specifications and functional design documents
Preferred Skills :
- Active SAP SuccessFactors ECP Certification
- Experience in M&A payroll integrations
- Exposure to Workforce Software Time & Attendance
- Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
