Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Bengaluru, India, with an option for partial remote work. As an SAP Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing payroll processing, managing payroll administration tasks, ensuring compliance with payroll taxes, and handling garnishments. Your role will involve working closely with internal teams to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of payroll services, troubleshooting payroll discrepancies, and collaborating on process improvements to optimize payroll efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Payroll Administration and Garnishments
- Expertise in Payroll Services and Payroll Processing operations
- Understanding of Payroll Taxes and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in SAP Payroll systems and relevant tools
- Analytical skills with attention to accuracy and detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience in global payroll processes is an advantage
