Role: SAP OTC Wholesale Consultant/Retail/Fashion
Location: Remote (India)
Experience: 8+ Years
Required Skills:
- Configure, Design, test and support SAP S/4HANA OTC (SD) processes for wholesale B2B operations, including order management, delivery, and billing
- Enable and support EDI integrations (850, 855, 856, 810) with key retail partners and distributors
- Design and maintain customer-specific pricing, discounts, rebates, and trade agreements
- Configure and support Allocation and Supply Assignment processes using aATP (Product Allocation, BOP, Supply Assignment)
- Design, Enhance, Test BW, BOBJ Reports related to Sales, Delivery, Billing, Allocation with deep technical understanding of Tables joins, SLT and KPI calculations logic
- Implement and optimize Segmentation strategies (customer, channel, region) to prioritize inventory and fulfillment
- Support Value-Added Services (VAS) processes such as labeling, ticketing, kitting, and customer-specific compliance requirements
- Handle chargebacks, deductions, and dispute management in collaboration with Finance (FSCM)
- Configure delivery scheduling, shipping compliance, routing guides, and ASN processes for wholesale customers
- Understand fashion-specific data models including Article Master, Prepacks, Seasons
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales Operations to resolve order fulfillment and allocation issues
- Support integrations with EDI, 3PL, WMS, BY Planning and TM systems, ensuring scalable and compliant order execution
