Role: SAP O2C Lead
Experience: 8+ Years
Location: Mumbai - Andheri East (Hybrid – 3 Days Work from Office)
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (European Time Zone Overlap)
Preferred: Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation / rollout or migration projects.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) Lead to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Order-to-Cash business processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in SAP O2C, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience leading end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, and support projects. The role requires close collaboration with business users, cross-functional SAP teams, and technical consultants to deliver scalable and efficient business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) implementations, enhancements, and support engagements.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP SD/O2C functional solutions.
- Configure and optimize SAP SD modules including Sales, Shipping, Billing, Pricing, Credit Management, Returns, and Output Management.
- Drive process improvements across the complete Order-to-Cash lifecycle.
- Collaborate with SAP MM, FI, WM/EWM, PP, TM, and CRM teams to ensure seamless process integration.
- Lead workshops, solution design sessions, and business process discussions with stakeholders.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers for custom developments, reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
- Manage testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.
- Support data migration, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Provide production support and resolve complex business issues within agreed SLAs.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide functional guidance to project teams.
- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, governance standards, and documentation requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD) and Order-to-Cash processes.
- Hands-on experience with Sales Order Processing, Pricing, Shipping, Delivery, Billing, Returns, Credit Management, and Output Management.
- Experience integrating SAP SD with FI, MM, WM/EWM, PP, TM, and CRM.
- Knowledge of IDocs, Interfaces, APIs, EDI, and third-party system integrations.
- Experience preparing Functional Specifications (FS), test scripts, and solution documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- SAP SD/SAP S/4HANA certification is preferred.
- Experience in global rollout, AMS, or transformation projects.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is an added advantage.
