Key Responsibilities:

SAP S/4HANA MM Implementation & Support:

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA MM implementations, rollouts, and system upgrades for large-scale projects.
• Configure and customize SAP MM functionalities to meet complex and evolving business requirements.
• Oversee smooth migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and issue resolution in the MM domain.

Procurement & Inventory Management:

• Manage and optimize Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO), Goods Receipt (GR), and Invoice Verification (IV) processes.
• Drive improvements in procurement efficiency, including source determination, vendor evaluation, and contract management.
• Oversee material valuation, inventory management, and material ledger integration, ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
• Optimize stock transfer processes and inventory accuracy across multiple locations.

Integration with Other Modules:

• Collaborate with SD (Sales & Distribution), FI (Finance), PP (Production Planning), EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), and WM (Warehouse Management) teams to ensure seamless cross-functional integration.
• Manage third-party procurement, subcontracting, and intercompany transactions, ensuring flawless execution and data consistency.
• Lead projects focused on process integration and automation across various SAP modules.

S/4HANA Innovations & Fiori Apps:

• Leverage advanced SAP S/4HANA capabilities, including Fiori apps, embedded analytics, and innovations in procurement, inventory tracking, and reporting.
• Provide strategic guidance on SAP S/4HANA innovations, advising clients on best practices and system optimization.
• Drive the adoption of new SAP functionalities to deliver tangible business outcomes and enhance user experience.

Issue Resolution & Process Optimization:

• Identify, analyze, and resolve SAP MM-related support issues, providing guidance to junior team members and users.
• Continuously assess and enhance procurement, inventory, and material planning processes to maximize efficiency and compliance.
• Lead initiatives for process re-engineering, leveraging SAP Best Practices and industry standards.

User Training & Documentation:

• Lead the development of comprehensive training materials and conduct advanced user training sessions across different business units.
• Create detailed functional documentation, test scripts, and system enhancements to ensure proper change management and smooth system adoption.
• Act as a mentor and coach to junior consultants and internal teams, ensuring knowledge transfer and skill development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in SAP MM, including 2 projects in S/4HANA implementation, optimizations, and support.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement, inventory management, material valuation, and inventory reconciliation processes.
• Expertise in SAP Fiori, embedded analytics, and leveraging SAP Best Practices.
• Extensive experience in integration with FI, SD, PP, EWM, and WM modules.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, enhance, and optimize SAP MM processes in complex, large-scale environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in global SAP transformations and managing cross-functional teams.
