Role : Sr.SAP MM Lead
Experience : 9+ years relevant in SAP MM
Work Timings : 6.30 PM – 3.30 AM IST
Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid Work model)

Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of SAP MM solutions ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives.
- Manage the configuration, customization, and optimization of SAP MM functionalities, including Inventory Management, Procurement, Purchasing, and Material Master.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, conduct gap analysis, and define clear functional specifications.
- Architect and implement complex SAP MM solutions that support seamless integration with other SAP modules such as SD, PP, WM, FICO, and external systems.
- Drive and oversee system configuration, testing, and deployment strategies to ensure efficient and high-quality solutions.
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans, covering integration testing, unit testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Act as the SAP MM subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance to stakeholders on best practices, process optimization, and process re-engineering.
- Lead SAP MM upgrade, migration, and enhancement projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including configuration guides, functional specifications, and system integration documents.
- Troubleshoot complex SAP MM issues and provide post-go-live support, recommending improvements based on business needs.
- Collaborate with other technical teams (e.g., SAP Basis, Security, ABAP developers) to ensure smooth implementation and optimal performance of SAP MM solutions.
- Stay current on SAP trends and technologies, including advancements in SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based solutions, and propose continuous improvements to the SAP MM landscape.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 9+ years of hands-on experience in SAP MM, with at least 4-5 years in an lead role.
- Expertise in SAP MM module configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules (SD, PP, WM, FICO, etc.).
- Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing business processes related to procurement, inventory management, and materials management.
- Strong knowledge of SAP MM integration with third-party applications, interfaces, and external systems.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale SAP implementations, ensuring the project is completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- In-depth understanding of business process reengineering (BPR) and process mapping in SAP MM.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior business and IT stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a track record of managing teams and delivering results in high-pressure environments.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and experience with S/4HANA migration or implementations is a strong plus.
- SAP MM certification (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
