Job Summary
We are looking for an SAP MM End User with at least 1 year of experience to support procurement, inventory management, and material master activities in SAP. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP MM transactions, purchase processes, and coordination with internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain Material Master and Vendor Master data.
- Create Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP.
- Process Goods Receipt (GR) and Invoice Verification (IV).
- Monitor stock availability and inventory movements.
- Coordinate with the procurement, warehouse, and finance teams.
- Maintain accurate SAP records and ensure data quality.
- Generate and analyze SAP MM reports as required.
- Support users in resolving SAP MM-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with SAP MM End User activities.
- Knowledge of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
- Experience with Material Master, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt, and Invoice Verification.
- Basic understanding of inventory management.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- SAP MM End User training/certification is an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate
- 1+ year of SAP MM End User experience.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
