Responsibilities
- Involved in post-production support
- Client interaction, Issue Resolution, L2 Support.
- Program Analysis to resolve issues in the Production Server.
- Providing L2 support for solving issues.
- Providing resolution of issues.
- Monitoring of scheduled jobs and reports in case of issues.
- Giving expert support and information to the queries raised by the end user.
- Support role in retail. (Only development support)
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience and strong conceptual knowledge in any of the SAP modules (SAP MM / WM/ EWM / SD/ FICO / IS Retail POSDM ).
- Should be certified SAP personnel and have support experience.
- Working knowledge of Windows Server and desktop environments.
- Ability to work in a team-driven environment under stringent targets.
- Good Analytical, problem-solving skills and Interpersonal Skills.
- Experience in IT software support in Retail/FMCG or a similar domain will be an added advantage.
