We are looking for an experienced SAP MM Architect with strong domain expertise in the Food Industry and a proven track record of delivering 2 End-to-End SAP Implementations.
Client: IBM
Exp: 10+ years
Notice period : Immediate
Current location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture and design for SAP MM (Materials Management) modules.
- Drive end-to-end SAP implementation projects from requirement gathering to go-live and hypercare support.
- Analyze business processes related to procurement, inventory management, warehouse operations, and supply chain.
- Design scalable SAP MM solutions aligned with food industry compliance and operational needs.
- Integrate SAP MM with other modules such as SD, PP, QM, WM/EWM, FI/CO.
- Manage master data related to materials, vendors, purchasing info records, and source lists.
- Optimize procurement processes including PR, PO, GRN, Invoice Verification, STO, subcontracting, batch management.
- Support testing, cutover planning, training, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams for successful project delivery.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP MM configuration and solution architecture.
- Experience in Food Industry / FMCG / Manufacturing domain.
- Minimum 2 End-to-End SAP Implementations.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Procurement Processes
- Inventory Management
- Batch Management
- Shelf-life Management
- Quality Integration
- Vendor Management
- MRP Concepts
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA preferred.
- Knowledge of integrations with PP, SD, QM, WM/EWM, FI.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP Certification in MM or S/4HANA Procurement.
- Experience in global rollout / support projects.
- Understanding of food safety and compliance standards.
