Responsibilities
Role: SAP MII SME / Manufacturing Integration Specialist
Experience: 8+ years overall, 5+ years SAP MII
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP MII development and implementation.
- Experience with SAP MII BLS, Transactions, iFlows and Query Templates.
- Experience integrating SAP MII with SAP ERP/S4HANA.
- Good knowledge of SAP ME / SAP Digital Manufacturing (DM).
- Experience with SAP PCo (Plant Connectivity) and OPC UA.
- Experience integrating shop-floor systems such as PLC, SCADA and MES.
- Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, OData and Web Services.
- Experience in MES / manufacturing processes / shop-floor operations.
- Knowledge of OEE, production tracking, quality and traceability.
- Experience with SQL and HANA databases.
- Experience developing real-time dashboards, KPIs and manufacturing analytics.
- Good troubleshooting and L2/L3 production support experience.
- Ability to design end-to-end SAP MII integration architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement SAP MII manufacturing integration solutions.
- Connect SAP ERP/S4HANA, MES, SAP ME/DM and shop-floor systems.
- Develop MII BLS transactions, iFlows, queries and integrations.
- Build real-time manufacturing dashboards and KPIs.
- Support plant data collection, production tracking and equipment monitoring.
- Troubleshoot MII performance and integration issues.
- Work with manufacturing, plant and IT teams to understand requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and define MII development/integration standards.
