🔍 Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP MDM Consultant with strong SAP Retail expertise to support master data enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
✅ Must-Have Skills
- SAP MDM (Master Data Management)
- SAP Retail Master Data
- Strong experience in:
- Material Master customization
- Number ranges
- Data replication
- Experience in SAP Retail processes is mandatory
- ⚠️ SAP MDG is NOT required
🎯 Key Responsibilities
🔧 Change Management
- Drive implementation of enhancements and improvements
- Perform business requirement analysis & functional design
- Deliver technical solutions / POCs and customization
📑 Documentation Management
- Maintain documentation as per client standards
- Prepare WRICEF documents
🧪 Test Management
- Conduct functional & unit testing
- Coordinate and support UAT
🚨 Incident & Problem Management
- Handle L3 support incidents
- Perform root cause analysis for complex issues
🔄 Continuous Improvement
- Implement best practices and process improvements
- Act on L1/L2 feedback for service enhancement
