Role Overview
As an SAP MDM Consultant at BOSONTECH IT SERVICES, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Master Data Management (MDM) solutions for our clients.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, configure the SAP MDM system, and ensure data quality and governance. Your expertise will be crucial in helping our clients streamline their master data processes and improve business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to master data management for various clients.
- Design and configure SAP MDM solutions to meet specific business needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to maintain data quality and consistency across the organization.
- Conduct data cleansing and enrichment activities to improve the accuracy and completeness of master data.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP MDM systems, resolving issues and implementing enhancements as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users, IT professionals, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Create and maintain documentation related to SAP MDM configurations, processes, and procedures.
Required Skillset
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and support SAP MDM solutions.
- Proven expertise in data modeling, data governance, and data quality management principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with SAP Data Services or other ETL tools is a plus.
- Must have 4-7 years of relevant experience.
