Key Responsibilities- Act as a functional advisor to business stakeholders for SAP MDG implementations
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients and business users
- Perform Fit-Gap Analysis and propose optimal business solutions
- Lead and participate in Design Workshops and stakeholder discussions
- Prepare detailed:
- Business Blueprint documents
- Functional Specification Documents (FSD)
- As-Is and To-Be process flows
- Work closely with different business departments to:
- Understand current processes
- Identify improvement areas
- Align MDG solutions with business needs
- Design functional solutions for master data processes across domains:
- Material / Customer / Vendor / Business Partner
- Support solution design and process standardization
- Collaborate with technical teams for development and enhancements
- Work on new requirements, reports, and business challenges
- Provide day-to-day production support:
- Resolve system issues
- Handle user queries
- Ensure smooth business operations
Required Skills- Strong experience in SAP MDG Functional Consulting
- Expertise in:
- Requirement Gathering
- Fit-Gap Analysis
- Blueprinting
- Solution Design
- Good understanding of end-to-end business processes across departments
- Experience in stakeholder management and client interaction
- Ability to create clear and detailed functional documentation
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
