Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a SAP ABAP Lead based in Nashik. The SAP ABAP Lead will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of SAP ABAP solutions, closely collaborating with different teams to understand business processes, and delivering high-quality technical solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, developing custom programs and enhancements, maintaining master data, and supporting SAP FICO functionalities. The role also involves consulting with stakeholders to optimize and streamline workflows, ensuring efficient delivery of SAP processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in SAP FICO functionalities and workflows
- Experience with Business Process analysis and optimization
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in managing and maintaining Master Data within SAP environments
- Consulting experience to streamline and optimize organizational processes
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Previous experience as an SAP ABAP Developer or similar role is preferred
