🎯 Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP BTP CAPM Developer / Lead for one of our esteemed clients. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing cloud-native applications using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Cloud Application Programming Model (CAPM).
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop applications on SAP BTP using CAPM (Node.js / Java)
- Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance
- Develop and integrate OData services, REST APIs, and external systems
- Implement security best practices (authentication & authorization)
- Conduct code reviews and mentor team members
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis
- Maintain technical documentation and best practices
✅ Required Skills & Experience
- 5–8 years of SAP development experience
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in SAP BTP & CAPM
- Strong expertise in Node.js or Java
- Experience with OData services, REST APIs, integrations
- Hands-on with SAP BTP services (HANA Cloud, BAS, Connectivity, Destination)
- Understanding of cloud architecture & microservices
- Experience in S/4HANA / ECC integrations
➕ Good to Have
- SAP UI5 / Fiori / React / Angular exposure
- DevOps & CI/CD (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, SAP CI/CD)
- SAP BTP Certification
