Role Overview
We are looking for a high-caliber SAP IBP Lead Consultant with a deep functional background in S&OP and Supply Planning. You will be the primary architect for our client’s global supply chain transformation, translating complex business needs into scalable, sustainable SAP IBP solutions. This role requires a "hands-on leader" who can own the solution from initial design through to global rollout.
### Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Implementation: Lead at least 2-3 full lifecycle implementations, overseeing design, configuration, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.
- Solution Architecture: Design and deliver global template solutions in IBP that are scalable across multiple geographies and business units.
- Process Expertise: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) and Supply Planning, with a solid secondary focus on Demand Planning.
- Technical Configuration: Perform advanced configurations for time-series data models, heuristics, and optimizers.
- Integration Leadership: Manage data integration flows between SAP S/4HANA and IBP using CPI-DS (Cloud Platform Integration for Data Services).
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and functional experts, facilitating workshops to gather requirements and guiding best-practice adoption.
### Technical & Professional Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years of core SAP functional experience, with a heavy specialization in SAP IBP.
- SOP & Supply Mastery: Deep understanding of supply chain planning processes, specifically Supply Planning and S&OP.
- Data Integration: Proven exposure to CPI-DS for seamless data movement.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to independently translate high-level business requirements into workable technical designs.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; comfortable presenting to senior client leadership and architects.
