About the role
Join our dynamic team and work on SAP BTP Connectivity service, a leading cloud solution enabling cloud-native applications to securely connect to on-premise business systems without exposing server endpoints to the Internet.
Ideal candidate must have:
At least 3+ / 5+ years of experience as a Java developer, including extensive Docker, Kubernetes, and Bash knowledge.
Background in cloud-native technologies, high-scale computing, distributed systems, and resilient microservice architectures.
Problem-solving abilities.
Team player.
Nice to have:
Experience in non-blocking programming frameworks (Netty /Vert.x), Istio, Envoy, low-level networking, TCP/IP protocols, and network troubleshooting.
Linux knowledge.
Experience with NoSQL databases (Redis).
Education and qualifications:
University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Fluency in English.
Quick learner of new technologies, concepts, and tools.
Self-organized with good time management skills and ability to drive topics independently.
Result-oriented, with reliability in meeting deadlines and commitments.
