About the Role:We are hiring a SAP & IT Executive to manage SAP user support along with IT infrastructure. This role requires hands-on experience in SAP modules and strong troubleshooting skills in IT systems and networks.
Key Responsibilities:SAP:
• Provide SAP user support (MM / SD / FI / PP)
• User creation, access & role management
• Troubleshoot issues & coordinate with SAP vendors
• Support system updates, testing & reporting
• Maintain data accuracy & master data
IT:
• Handle IT infrastructure (systems, network, CCTV)
• Install & troubleshoot software/hardware
• Manage LAN/Wi-Fi, routers & connectivity
• Ensure backups, antivirus & system security
• Vendor coordination & IT asset management
Requirements:• 3–5 years experience in SAP support + IT administration
• Knowledge of SAP modules (MM / SD / FI / PP)
• Strong hardware, software & network troubleshooting skills
• Basic understanding of ERP systems
🎓 Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in IT / Computer Science
