Job Title: SAP IS-U Billing Functional Consultant

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP IS-U Billing Functional Consultant with 7+ years of expertise in the Utilities domain. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP IS-U Billing configuration, support, and implementation, along with a deep understanding of end-to-end utility business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and support SAP IS-U Billing solutions.
- Handle end-to-end billing processes including rate determination, billing schemas, invoicing, and bill print.
- Work on enhancements, incident resolution, and change requests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FICA, Device Management, CRM).
- Perform requirement gathering and translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Support integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities.
- Ensure system performance and billing accuracy.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot billing-related issues.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in SAP IS-U Billing configuration.
- Expertise in:
- Rate configuration and billing schema
- Variant programs and billing master data
- Invoice processing and print workbench
- Knowledge of integration with:
- SAP IS-U FICA
- Device Management (DM)
- SAP CRM (preferred)
- Experience in handling large-scale utility billing scenarios.
- Good understanding of deregulated and regulated markets (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in S/4HANA Utilities is an added advantage.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- SAP IS-U certification (preferred but not mandatory).
