Hiring Job Title: SAP IS Retail + MM Consultant (AMS Support)

Location: Pan India

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP IS Retail + MM Consultant with strong expertise in AMS support and L2/L3 production support activities. The ideal candidate should have solid functional knowledge in SAP IS Retail and Materials Management (MM) modules along with experience in incident management, service requests, and system enhancements in S/4HANA environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 functional support for SAP IS Retail and MM modules in AMS engagements.
• Handle incident management, problem management, and service request management.
• Manage change requests, bug fixes, and custom development support activities.
• Work on data replication frameworks, including ALE/IDOC integrations and master data transfers.
• Support rollouts, cutover activities, and deployment support during project implementations.
• Perform validations, derivations, and duplicate checks for master and transactional data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve functional and integration issues.
• Participate in architecture discussions and functional solution design.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and training for internal teams and business users.
• Support ADM maintenance activities and ensure smooth production system operations.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong SAP IS Retail + SAP MM functional expertise.
• Hands-on experience in AMS / ADM support with L2/L3 production support.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA functional consulting.
• Knowledge of Data Replication Framework including:
• ALE / IDOC
• Data Transfer
• Key & Value Mapping
• Master Data Export / Import in S/4HANA
• Master Data Conversion
• Experience in Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
• At least 1 end-to-end SAP implementation cycle experience.
• Experience in rollout and cutover activities.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
