🔹 Job Title: SAP Integration Lead – SD / EDI / IDoc
🔹 Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Integration Lead with strong expertise in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), EDI/IDoc integrations, and SAP Solution Manager (SolMan). The ideal candidate will have a solid techno-functional background and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting integration solutions while leveraging SolMan for monitoring, documentation, and change management.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP integration projects with a focus on SD and EDI/IDoc interfaces
- Design and implement inbound and outbound IDoc interfaces
- Configure and manage partner profiles, message types, and output determination
- Utilize SAP Solution Manager for:
- Interface monitoring and alerting
- Incident, problem, and change management
- Test management and documentation
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners for EDI setup and onboarding
- Monitor IDoc processing, troubleshoot errors, and ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with middleware teams (SAP PI/PO, CPI, or third-party tools)
- Support production issues and drive continuous improvements
- Maintain technical documentation and integration landscapes in SolMan
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on SAP SD
- Hands-on experience with EDI standards (ANSI X12 / EDIFACT)
- Strong knowledge of IDoc configuration, processing, and troubleshooting
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) – monitoring, ChaRM, and ITSM
- Experience in SAP integration technologies (PI/PO, CPI, or middleware platforms)
- Techno-functional expertise with debugging skills (ABAP knowledge preferred)
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional and global teams
