- Strong analytical skills to assess business requirements, interpret data, and support decision-making.
- Consulting experience with SAP solutions, including client-facing work and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of business processes in areas such as finance, supply chain, or sales, and the ability to translate them into SAP configurations.
- Experience managing and maintaining SAP master data to ensure accuracy, governance, and consistency across systems.
- Understanding of SAP integration concepts, including data flows between SAP modules and external applications.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major SAP module (e.g., SD, MM, FI/CO, PP) and familiarity with implementation or support projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
