Required Technical Skills
- Strong technical expertise in network infrastructure, server platforms, virtualization, storage systems, and data center technologies.
- Hands‑on experience with:
- Cisco / Juniper / Arista networks
- Windows / Linux servers
- VMware, Hyper‑V
- SAN/NAS storage
- Familiarity with architecture diagrams, runbooks, SOPs, and technical documentation.
- Solid understanding of ITIL: Incident, Change, Problem & Asset Management.
