Job Description:
Implement and configure SAP ICM solutions for incentive and commission management.
Design commission structures, calculation rules, and payout processes.
Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP configurations.
Integrate SAP ICM with related SAP modules and enterprise systems.
Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in SAP ICM configuration and implementation.
Understanding of incentive compensation models and commission calculations.
Experience integrating ICM with SAP modules such as CRM or S/4HANA.
Knowledge of SAP data structures, reporting, and troubleshooting.
Good stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
