🔹 About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced SAP IBP Technical Lead/SME with strong expertise in Demand Planning and Supply Planning. The role involves end-to-end ownership of SAP IBP solutions, including design, implementation, integration, and support within the SAP ecosystem.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) solutions
- Handle Demand Planning & Supply Planning modules
- Manage ticket monitoring, resolution, and job monitoring
- Perform dashboard analysis, configuration, and enhancements
- Work on Time Series & Order Series planning
- Drive end-to-end IBP implementations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Ensure smooth integration with S/4HANA and other systems
🔹 Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP IBP (Demand & Supply Planning)
- Experience with S/4HANA and SAP CPI-DS / CI-DS
- Expertise in data integration and troubleshooting job failures
- Knowledge of inventory optimization and supply chain processes
- Experience in integration with SAP and non-SAP systems
- Strong experience in requirement gathering and solution design

- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
- Experience in team handling / leadership roles
🔹 What You’ll Do:
- Own IBP solution delivery from design to implementation
- Optimize supply chain processes and business operations
