Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a SAP Human Resources (HCM) Functional Consultant. The role involves managing and configuring SAP HCM modules such as Organizational Management and Human Capital Management to meet client needs. Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, implementing solutions, and providing support for SAP HR processes. The consultant will also lead and participate in project implementations, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in SAP HR and Human Capital Management (HCM) modules
- Expertise in Organizational Management and Human Resources (HR) processes
- Experience in project implementation and the ability to develop scalable solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in SAP HCM or SAP HR are an advantage
