Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a SAP HCM Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering effective training sessions for participants, focusing on SAP HCM concepts and skills. Key responsibilities include preparing training materials, providing real-world use cases, guiding learners through practical exercises, and addressing questions. The trainer will also assist in evaluating participants' progress and provide feedback to help them succeed in their learning journey.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in SAP HCM and experience with SAP FICO
- Expertise in delivering training sessions and simplifying complex concepts
- Knowledge of Business Processes and Materials Management
- Consulting experience in SAP-related domains
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
- Ability to work remotely and manage part-time responsibilities effectively
- Previous experience in the education or technology training sector is a plus
- Relevant SAP certifications or equivalent experience is advantageous
