Role: SAP HCM Trainee

Location: Puducherry

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation and support of SAP HCM modules such as Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management (TM), and Payroll.

Support configuration and testing activities in SAP HCM.

Participate in requirement gathering and documentation of business processes.

Assist in preparing functional specifications for developments and enhancements.

Perform system testing, unit testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Provide end-user support and assist in troubleshooting system issues.

Maintain documentation for SAP HCM processes and configurations.

Work closely with functional consultants, technical teams, and business users.

Required Skills:

Basic understanding of SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll).

Knowledge of HR processes and HR lifecycle.

Familiarity with SAP navigation and basic configuration concepts.

Basic understanding of SAP implementation methodology.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and documentation skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
