Computacenter is seeking a Senior Business Analyst / SAP Specialist with strong expertise in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors to support the design, delivery, and optimisation of HR solutions across the organization. The person would operate across business analysis, functional consulting, and solution delivery, working closely with HR stakeholders, Service Managers, and SAP technical teams.
What you'll do
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors projects, from discovery and design through build, test, and deployment (35%)
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR business partners and Service Managers, providing functional and solution guidance (20%)
- Perform requirements gathering, run workshops, and translate business needs into high‑quality functional specifications (15%)
- Support configuration, integration, and optimization of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules, including integrations to 3rd‑party platforms (15%)
- Collaborate with SAP development and cross‑module specialist teams to ensure aligned and scalable solutions (10%)
- Ensure all HR solutions align with Computacenter standards and are secure, stable, and scalable (5%)
- Strong ownership mindset with a clear focus on delivery and outcomes
- Ability to translate complex HR and system requirements into practical SAP solutions
- Credibility with senior HR stakeholders and delivery partners
- Proactive approach to continuous improvement and staying current with SAP SuccessFactors releases.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
- Proven experience delivering SAP implementations, rollouts, and enhancements
- Ability to lead workshops, capture requirements, and produce clear functional specifications
- Hands‑on configuration experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central and Talent modules
- Strong integration experience across SAP and non‑SAP platforms
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple workstream
- Experience operating in a solution architect / delivery‑focused role within HR technology
- Exposure to European or global HR transformation programme
- Understanding of SAP release management and upgrade cycles
- Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments
