Role: SAP HCM Consultant
Experience: 2+ Years
Salary: Up to 6.6 LPA
Location: Bangalore
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced
SAP HCM Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Human Capital Management modules. The ideal candidate should have experience in HR operations, payroll processing, employee master data management, and functional support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, and Time Management
- Maintain employee master data and HR records in SAP
- Process payroll inputs, validations, and issue resolution
- Generate HRMIS reports and dashboards
- Handle system tickets, user support, and issue troubleshooting
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and IT teams for enhancements
- Participate in UAT, testing, and implementation activities
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements
- Support month-end and payroll cycle activities
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in SAP HCM / SAP HR
- Strong knowledge of modules: PA, OM, Payroll, Time Management
- Experience in SAP support or implementation environment
- Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Experience in ticketing / SLA-based support environment
