Job Description – SAP HCM Consultant (PA, OM & BP Integration)
Looking for 10+Years of experience
Location :Hyderabad
- Lead end-to-end implementation, rollouts, and production support for SAP HCM Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM) modules.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional designs, configuration, and SAP best‑practice solutions.
- Design, configure, and maintain OM structures, including org units, positions, jobs, reporting hierarchies, and evaluations.
- Manage and support integration between SAP HCM and Business Partner (BP) structures and processes.
- Configure and maintain Vendor Business Partner roles, groupings, number ranges, and HR‑BP synchronization settings.
- Ensure data consistency and integrity across HCM, Finance, MM, and Vendor BP integrations.
- Support data migration, mass uploads, retro checks, and reconciliation activities during implementation and enhancements.
- Handle custom objects and processes related to PA and OM processes.
- Provide incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement for PA, OM, and BP‑related issues.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams, ABAP developers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
- Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
- Prepare and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and end‑user documentation.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, statutory requirements, and audit controls within HCM processes.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance, best practices, and knowledge transfer to business users and support teams.
