Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a SAP HCM Consultant based in Bengaluru South. The SAP HCM Consultant will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and managing SAP HCM modules. Daily responsibilities include gathering and analyzing HR business requirements, designing and deploying SAP HCM solutions, troubleshooting, and providing technical support. The consultant will also conduct testing, document workflows, and liaise between teams to ensure successful delivery of ERP solutions that align with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in SAP HCM, including core HR modules such as Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), and Time Management (TM)
- Strong expertise in Payroll, Benefits, and Training & Event Management modules within SAP HCM
- Understanding of Human Resources processes and ability to align technical solutions with business needs
- Experience with system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and debugging in SAP environments
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across departments and engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Familiarity with integration between SAP HCM and other SAP modules or third-party systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field; certification in SAP HCM preferred
