Location – Mumbai Onsite 5 days working from office
Experience – 4-6 years
Technical JD – As mentioned below
- 4–6years of hands-on SAP HCM experience in PA/OM/TM/Payroll- Indian.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and statutory requirements.
- Experience in writing functional specifications and working with technical teams.
- Good knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules.
- Experience in support environment (AMS) or implementation projects.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SAP HCM issues independently.
- Experience with SF to SAP replication/worked with CPI integrations
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
