Job Summary
We are hiring experienced SAP HANA Cloud + SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) Consultants with strong expertise in SAP HANA modeling, advanced SQL development, and modern cloud-based data platforms. The role involves designing scalable data models, developing optimized SQL solutions, integrating multiple source systems, and supporting enterprise analytics and data transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities SAP HANA Modeling & Development
- Design and develop Calculation Views in SAP HANA Cloud.
- Build reusable, scalable, and performance-optimized data models.
- Develop SQL and SQLScript-based business logic.
- Implement analytical and reporting-ready data solutions.
Data Integration & Processing
- Integrate data from SAP and non-SAP source systems.
- Support batch and real-time data processing scenarios.
- Work with cloud-based data integration and transformation frameworks.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting
- Optimize SQL queries, Calculation Views, and database performance.
- Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and data-related issues.
- Validate, reconcile, and ensure data consistency and accuracy.
- Apply best practices for scalable and efficient HANA development.
Business & Technical Collaboration
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Work closely with functional teams, business users, and data engineers.
- Participate in Agile delivery models and DevOps practices.
- Maintain documentation and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong SQL expertise (Joins, Aggregations, Query Optimization)
- SAP HANA Cloud fundamentals
- Calculation View Modeling
- Understanding of columnar databases
- Basic to intermediate SQLScript knowledge
- Data modeling and analytical thinking
- SAP Datasphere knowledge
- SAP BDC architecture understanding
- SAP BW/BW4HANA exposure
- Cloud platform exposure (Azure / AWS basics)
