Job Title: SAP GRC Consultant

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP GRC Consultant to design, implement, and support SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance solutions. The role focuses on managing access controls, risk analysis, compliance processes, and audit support across SAP landscapes including S/4HANA.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support SAP GRC Access Control (AC) modules:
- Access Risk Analysis (ARA)
- Access Request Management (ARM)
- Emergency Access Management (EAM / Firefighter)
- Business Role Management (BRM)
- Perform SoD (Segregation of Duties) analysis and remediation.
- Design and maintain roles and authorization concepts for ECC and S/4HANA systems.
- Configure MSMP workflows, BRF+ rules, and provisioning paths.
- Manage Firefighter IDs, controllers, owners, and audit logs.
- Integrate SAP GRC with SAP ECC / S/4HANA / HR / Third‑party systems.
- Support user access reviews, compliance audits, and periodic reporting.
- Troubleshoot authorization and GRC-related issues.
- Prepare functional documentation, audit evidence, and compliance reports.
- Support SP upgrades, patches, and system refresh activities.
Required Skills
- Strong hands‑on experience in SAP GRC Access Control.
- Solid understanding of SAP Security & Authorization concepts.
- Experience with SoD ruleset design and risk mitigation.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA authorization model.
- Experience in MSMP configuration and BRF+.
- Good communication skills for interaction with auditors and business users.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP GRC Process Control (PC) or Risk Management (RM).
- Exposure to IAM / Identity Management integrations.
- Experience with SOX, internal audits, and compliance frameworks.
- SAP GRC or SAP Security certification is a plus.
- Experience in support and rollout projects.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
