End-to-End Ownership: Leading the functional design and delivery of SAP solutions across one or more core modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM).
- Team Coordination: Guiding junior consultants, managing functional workstreams, and ensuring delivery alignment with project goals.
- Solution Architecture Input: Collaborating with technical and integration teams to design scalable, cross-functional solutions. Business Process Expertise
- Process Design & Optimization: Translating complex business requirements into efficient SAP processes.
- Fit-Gap Analysis: Leading workshops to assess standard SAP capabilities vs. custom requirements.
- Blueprinting & Documentation: Creating detailed functional designs, process flows, and system configuration documents. Project Delivery & Methodology
- Implementation Lifecycle Mastery: Hands-on experience across project phases – from requirements gathering to go-live and hyper care. Agile/Waterfall Project Models: Skilled in working with different delivery frameworks and managing deliverables accordingly.
- Cutover & Deployment Planning: Leading functional activities during cutover planning, data migration, and production deployment. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Integration Awareness: Strong understanding of integration points between SAP modules and with external systems.
- Technical Coordination: Working closely with ABAP, BASIS, PI/CPI, and security teams to ensure end-to-end solution integrity.
