Job Brief
Are you an experienced SAP FICO expert looking for a leadership role in large-scale SAP projects?
We are looking for a highly skilled SAP FICO Consultant with strong experience in SAP implementation, support, enhancement, and solution design.
In this role, you will work on SAP FICO solutions, support business operations, manage integrations, and help improve financial systems for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities
- Gather and understand business requirements from stakeholders
- Configure SAP FICO modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, GST, and Cash Management
- Support SAP CO, FM, and Treasury modules
- Work on SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and cloud-based environments
- Perform fit-gap analysis and provide SAP solutions
- Support financial closing, reconciliations, and period-end activities
- Work with technical teams on interfaces, IDOCs, BAPIs, and custom developments
- Support testing, UAT, deployment, and rollout activities
- Handle cross-module integration with MM, SD, PS, HR, PM, and QM
- Deliver end-user training and business support
- Ensure timely issue resolution within SLA timelines
- Support global rollout and compliance activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 15+ years of SAP FICO consulting experience
- Strong knowledge of SAP FI modules and financial processes
- Experience with SAP CO, FM, and Treasury modules
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA and ECC projects
- Knowledge of IDOC, BAPI, and ALE integrations
- Experience in implementation, support, and enhancement projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead discussions, testing, and training sessions
