Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur for a SAP Finance Control (FICO) Consultant. The role entails supporting SAP FICO processes, deploying business solutions, and providing technical expertise in configuration and integration within the SAP ecosystem. Key responsibilities include analyzing business processes, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting controlling processes such as CO-PA.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in SAP FICO module, with experience in implementations and customizations.
- Strong understanding of financial and controlling processes, including CO-PA, and demonstrated ability to apply SAP solutions.
- Solid business process knowledge and analytical skills to design and troubleshoot workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with relevant certifications or experience in SAP FICO as an added advantage.
Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong understanding of procurement and financial accounting business processes.
• Experience in at least 1–2 end-to-end implementations or 2+ support/rollout projects.
• Ability to prepare functional specifications and configuration documentation.
• Understanding of interfaces, IDocs, and data migration concepts.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Educational Qualification
MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CMA / B.Com / Equivalent. SAP Certification in MM or FICO preferred.
Experience
3+ years of relevant SAP MM & FICO experience. Experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Parks,
EPC, or Logistics domain preferred.
