About the Role:

• We are seeking a skilled Senior SAP FICO Consultant with strong experience in SAP FI and CO modules, including implementation and support.
• The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and support SAP finance solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support end-to-end SAP FICO implementations (requirement gathering to go-live)
• Provide AMS (L2/L3) support including incident resolution and root cause analysis
• Configure FI modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, and Bank Accounting (F110, EBS)
• Configure CO modules: CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing / COPA
• Manage integration with MM, SD, PS and other SAP modules
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Work on RICEF objects and coordinate with ABAP teams
• Participate in data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and cutover activities
• Ensure compliance with audit, tax, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and training materials

What You Should Bring

• 5–6 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation and support
• Experience in at least 1–2 end-to-end SAP implementations
• Strong configuration expertise in FI and CO modules
• Good understanding of finance and accounting business processes
• Experience working in AMS/support environments with SLA adherence
• Exposure to S/4HANA Finance is preferred
• Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging and functional specifications
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Construction / Real Estate
• Manufacturing
• Retail / Trading
• Exposure to project accounting, cost tracking, and revenue recognition

Nice to Have:

• Experience in S/4HANA migration or conversion projects
• Knowledge of Fiori apps and reporting tools
• Exposure to statutory compliance (VAT, e-invoicing, etc.)
